Any volunteers for a translation?

Postby oliver » Wed Dec 01, 2010 4:37 am

Hi,

Would you be interested in translating the 200 words and sentences that make ND1 speak a language?
Translations to any language are sought.
I estimate this task to take about 2 hours.

Rewards:
- A copy of ND1, if you don't have one. Or of CalcPad (bigger brother for iPad; not out yet), if you have one.
- A calculator that speaks your language.
- Thankful users in your country and the light of glory shining upon you. (Wattage may vary.)

Thanks for giving this your consideration.

I just found ND1 yesterday on iTunes Store and bought it. I have hp50g but ND1 will be the future. I am interested in Japanese translation. :D

That's wonderful. I sent you a personal message with the translation template.

Thank you!

Thanks to user Nakamura, who graciously donated his time to work on a translation, the next version of ND1 will run in Japanese, if this is the selected system language.

French translation

While at it, I'd also like to give public credit to user pili, who donated his time to work on the great French translation for ND1 a few months ago.

Thank you very much, pili!

Hi oliver,
I'm interested on a free copy of ND1: I can translate it to Spanish. It's Ok?
Thanks!

I should have updated this thread earlier: In a flash, Nazari produced a Spanish translation. It will ship with the next update of ND1, which will happen within the next 30 days. Thank you again, Nazari! I know the Spanish translation will make a lot of people happy, who are waiting for it (esp. in South America). Gracias!
